54 Executive Actions Thus Far. What Happened to 100?

Seems El Pendejo Anaranjedo has actually shot himself in the foot. He can’t stand up to his own promises and changes. He was all fluff and bluster talking about the First Day of the Golden Age of America. 54 is not 100. Did he even HAVE 100? I’m wondering about that since he’s had his first week to put everything through.
Kinda makes me wonder. But I’m only choosing one of the 54. Let’s see….. So many choices! But here’s one that slipped by in the news. I’m not sure anything has been said about it at all. I think it was just signed and put away.
“Restoring the Death Penalty and Protecting Public Safety”. Did *you* hear anything? Now it’s time to try and translate the legalese. Ha. Here’s hoping. Oof. There’s some serious legalese and multiple conditions. I’m hoping I can translate some of this. Or I might just quote parts.
Section 1. Purpose. Capital punishment is an essential tool for deterring and punishing those who would commit the most heinous crimes and acts of lethal violence against American citizens. Before, during, and after the founding of the United States, our cities, States, and country have continuously relied upon capital punishment as the ultimate deterrent and only proper punishment for the vilest crimes. Our Founders knew well that only capital punishment can bring justice and restore order in response to such evil. For this and other reasons, capital punishment continues to enjoy broad popular support.
Yet for too long, politicians and judges who oppose capital punishment have defied and subverted the laws of our country. At every turn, they seek to thwart the execution of lawfully imposed capital sentences and choose to enforce their personal beliefs rather than the law.
Judges who oppose capital punishment have likewise disregarded the law by falsely claiming that capital punishment is unconstitutional, even though the Constitution explicitly acknowledges the legality of capital punishment.
These efforts to subvert and undermine capital punishment defy the laws of our nation, make a mockery of justice, and insult the victims of these horrible crimes. The Government’s most solemn responsibility is to protect its citizens from abhorrent acts, and my Administration will not tolerate efforts to stymie and eviscerate the laws that authorize capital punishment against those who commit horrible acts of violence against American citizens.
Okay, this thing is far too wordy to be able to translate at all and it’s making my brain melt. This is why I’m not a lawyer or a politician. I can’ *kindof* understand what he’s saying but not well enough to tell you, our readers. In general, he seems to want capital punishment across the US for particular crimes to “protect” the country.
The problem is, I don’t think capital punishment even comes across the minds of those who rape, drown, strangle, and so forth, American citizens. But there’s a bit of a caveat to this. He wants capital punishment for those who murder a law enforcement officer, or **a capital crime committed by an alien illegally present in this country.** Interesting, no? Yes? Maybe?
Yet another piece of immigration bulls**t tied into “they are emptying their prisons and sending the people who committed crimes to the US. We all know this is a lie. Other countries are *not* doing this. As a matter of fact, a number of them are quite insulted that he is accusing them of this when *their* criminals are in *their* prisons.
So he’s trying to make himself look good to America when the illegal immigrant population is working, not raping and pillaging. We’re all going to get quite tired of this blustering. At some point, it may slip to a footnote in the news, as opposed to a screamer headline. But we don’t need to forget about this! They may be illegal, but they are PEOPLE, not cattle, to be herded onto a plane and sent back.
Yet another aspect of the immigrant lies. There were 8 actions on immigration. I only looked at capital punishment and while it’s not specifically immigration, it ties into the whole Restoring the Death Penalty and Protecting Public Safety EO. Immigrants are criminals, right? I call BS. If I get brave, I’ll look at a couple more.
