Meghan Markle Will Never Be Forgiven for Her Royal Diss,” Says Expert

Meghan Markle will find it difficult to regain favor with the British Royal Family due to her outspoken criticisms, according to royal expert Ingrid Seward. The Duchess of Sussex, who has publicly voiced her complaints about the monarchy on several occasions, may never achieve full forgiveness from her in-laws, the expert believes.

In contrast, Meghan’s husband, Prince Harry, is seen as having a potential path to redemption. Seward suggested that despite his controversial actions, there remains a deep-rooted affection for Harry among the public and the Royal Family. “But I don’t see the same thing for Meghan,” she remarked.

She elaborated on Prince Harry’s position, saying, “Deep down people still love Prince Harry, and they want to love him. I think they’re just very, very disappointed in him.” This sentiment comes in the wake of Harry’s public fallout with his family, much of which has played out through interviews and his memoir Spare.

Seward also acknowledged that while Harry made millions from his revelations, they have come at a great personal cost. “He made millions out of it, but he seriously has paid for it, because it’s done his reputation an immeasurable amount of harm, especially with his family, but also the way that people view him.”

Meghan’s recent appearance at the LA Children’s Hospital gala also drew critical remarks from Seward. She commented on the Duchess’s demeanor at the event, suggesting it appeared more focused on optics than genuine involvement. “It did look very much as though she was just posing for the camera,” she observed. “She didn’t look like she was really involved in what she was doing.”

These comments add to the ongoing debate about the future of Meghan and Harry’s relationship with the Royal Family. While Harry may eventually find his way back into the fold, Seward remains doubtful about Meghan’s prospects for reconciliation. With the ongoing scrutiny surrounding their every move, it remains uncertain how, or if, the couple will mend ties with their royal relatives.
