“Donald Trump Sparks Fury with Claim That Kamala Harris’ Historic Candidacy Is ‘Killing’ Black Heritage—See the Outrageous Reactions!”

WASHINGTON, DC: Former president and GOP nominee Donald Trump accused his Democratic rival, Vice President Kamala Harris of “killing” the heritage of Black people with her historic candidacy, in an enraged rant on Truth Social on Monday, September 16.

Harris is the first woman of color to be nominated for the White House by a major party in the history of the United States. She is notably biracial, with a Jamaican father and an Indian mother, both of whom immigrated to the US during the Civil Rights Movement, according to the Associated Press.

Trump has previously attacked Harris over her race and heritage. During his appearance at the National Association of Black Journalists convention in Chicago in July, he remarked, “I’ve known (Harris) a long time indirectly and she was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage. I didn’t know she was Black, until several years ago when she happened to turn Black and now she wants to be known as Black. So I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?”

Donald Trump’s rant on Kamala Harris destroying Black legacy

Taking to his social media platform on Monday, Trump began his rant by slamming Harris over illegal immigration into the United States. He claimed that the influx was hurting Black and Hispanic people specifically by taking away irreplaceable jobs from them.

“Illegal Migrants who are POURING INTO OUR COUNTRY, in record numbers, are taking the JOBS away from Black and Hispanic people who have held them for years. It is devastating for the Black and Hispanic patriots of our Nation. These jobs are not replaceable, and never will be because, under Comrade Kamala Harris, the Border will be WIDE OPEN and there will always be more people coming in, many of them terrorists and criminals, than jobs available,” he wrote.

Trump had made similar claims previously, and it was debunked by economists back in August.

“The claim is absolutely not true,” Valerie Wilson of the Economic Policy Institute Action told ABC News.

“The bottom line is immigrants aren’t pushing out Black workers,” claimed Christian Weller, a professor of public policy at the University of Massachusetts at Boston who studies racial disparities in employment. He explained that immigrants serve as consumers as well, fueling demand for goods and surveys and propelling economic activity.

However, Trump was not swayed from his faulty premise, as he continued in his post, in caps, “Kamala is killing Black and Hispanic heritage, she is killing their legacy and their rights.”
