It took about a week for Trump to pen an executive order to ban people from coming into the U.S. from predominantly Muslim countries. The courts immediately stopped it, and after months of litigation, it had to be rewritten to include at least one non-Muslim country.

Trump also promised to solve immigration and jail Hillary Clinton on day one. None of those things happened either.

This time around, Trump is more experienced and should be able to find the light switches faster.

Here’s the list of things Trump says he’ll do “on day one” of the administration:

  • “Well, we’re going to look at each individual case, and we’re going to do it very quickly, and it’s going to start in the first hour that I get into the office,” Trump said of pardons for the Jan. 6 defendants.
  • There are also about 25 executive orders Trump intends to sign on the first day, Reuters reported on Wednesday. That same report said that Stephen Miller would be the one behind ushering in the orders.
  • “Drill, baby, drill” is another Trump demand, opening up all American sites for oil drilling and fracking, even if the areas are protected.
  • Eliminate birthright citizenship .
  • Trump has promised to launch the largest mass deportation of illegal immigrants in American history on Jan. 20 as well.
  • Fire Jack Smith, is another thing Trump wanted to do, though Smith intends to resign ahead of time.
  • Withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord, which Trump previously did in 2017, but President Joe Biden recommitted.
  • While he didn’t say whether it would be on the first day, Trump said he would end the war against Ukraine in “a single day.”
  • Another executive order surrounds tariffs, which Trump said he wants so all agencies can “use every tool and authority at their disposal” to “target everything from car affordability to housing affordability to insurance costs to supply chain issues.”
  • Eliminate Biden’s changes to Title X, which allowed healthcare providers to talk about abortion. Trump wants to reinstitute the gag order.
  • Reinstitute the Trump tax cuts.
  • Stop the taxing of gratuity. Trump also indicated he would look at raising the minimum wage federally, which is $7.25.
  • Ignite a plan to go after his political enemies.
  • Come up with a plan to replace the Affordable Care Act. Trump said he had “concepts of a plan,” but he he wants to fix the existing healthcare system.
