UFC 306 has greatly impressed the fighting community with the visual treats and high-octane fights. Dana White had been building up the event since he first discussed it. Needless to say, the main card lived up to the expectations. But little did the UFC CEO know that Donald Trump wouldn’t miss out on the action, even while traveling.

You read that right! Donald Trump, who is currently busy with his obligations as a presidential candidate made the time to catch the action, even though he couldn’t physically be present at the Sphere, Las Vegas. And as soon as the UFC boss saw that, he lifted Trump high in a social media shoutout.

Dana White impressed by Donald Trump’s act

The former President of the United States of America was spotted watching the Noche UFC fights live. But the shocker was the place where he did so. A photograph showed the ex-POTUS watching the event while traveling in an airplane. Being one of the biggest supporters and admirers of the Republican Party representative, White couldn’t help but give a shoutout to Trump.

The UFC head honcho took to Instagram and added a picture of Trump watching the fights and praised the former President’s interest in the sport. In the caption, White wrote, “My Man [Donald Trump] doesn’t miss @ufc no matter where he is.”

White has stood in support of Trump on multiple occasions. Trump has previously graced the UFC arena with his presence a couple of times. But it’s not just during his presence at the events that White stands up for Trump. The UFC CEO has praised the former President for his resilience and dubbed him as the “ultimate American bada**.”

But talking about the ex-POTUS’ presence, White had a lot to say. Let’s find out exactly why the 55-year-old UFC boss is impressed with Trump.

Why is the UFC CEO impressed by the ex-POTUS?

In an interview with Fox Nation News, the interviewer stumbled upon White’s relationship with Trump. He asked the UFC boss the extent to which Trump’s physical presence at the UFC events mattered to White. The UFC head honcho wasted no time and said, “The truth though – I think the foot had a big factor. Trump was the guy who reached out to us when we couldn’t get venues. They came to us and offered the Taj and we did out first fight and stayed until the last fight at both events.”

Trump’s last appearance at a live event was when Islam Makhachev successfully defended his belt against Dustin Poirier at UFC 302. But had Trump blessed the MMA promotion at the Sphere, the hype and excitement around the event would have increased multiple folds.
